Damien Meyer is an experienced commercial litigation attorney, helping businesses and individuals proactively resolve disputes to protect their business objectives and interests. His clients include automobile manufacturers and dealerships, banks, business owners, contractors, landlords, real estate developers, aviation companies, entrepreneurs, health care companies and other types of businesses.

He is nuanced in resolving business disputes through pre-litigation negotiation to avoid trial but also assertively pursuing the legal rights of a client when formal litigation is necessary. He also performs contract analyses, matters involving commercial tort liability, collection and payment disputes, and all types of provisional remedies, such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, replevin and garnishments.

He is a frequent speaker and author of articles for his professional network, providing insightful and actionable information for his peers. Beyond his legal practice, he is dedicated to public service and is an active and engaged member of his community.
