Michael P. Rolland is a passionate and committed advocate that represents individual and business clients in commercial litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, receiverships, loan workouts, and appeals. Michael’s clients include debtors and creditors, banks, credit unions, lenders, real estate developers, commercial landlords, technology companies, and other business owners. Michael has successfully represented litigants in both state and federal courts, and has successfully represented litigants in appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Michael also practices water law and represents several metro-area cities in the Gila River General Stream Adjudication.
