Celeste del Carmen Tabares practices in our Creditor’s Rights and Litigation Practices. Celeste joined Engelman Berger after working with the Tenants Eviction Assistance Project where she provided legal assistance to tenants in the City of Phoenix facing eviction during the COVID-19 pandemic. Celeste was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, and is committed to using her legal skills to serve her community. Celeste is fluent in Spanish.
