COHEN, JUDISCAK DELIVER LEGAL SEMINAR TO NATIONAL LENDER

The duo’s presentation focused on the use of mediation in bankruptcy – how the process works, issues that are best addressed in the context of this type of dispute resolution, and benefits in terms of timing and cost-efficiency. Cohen and Judiscak also discussed pitfalls, such as when conflicts of interest arise, elements are strongly contested, or confidentiality is breached.
