EB Lawyers is excited to be a sponsor of the CARE Financial Literacy Celebration that will be held at the Marriott Marquis Downtown Washington, D.C. from 5:00pm-6:30pm this Friday, April 20, 2018. The event will be held alongside the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Annual Spring meeting, which Patrick Clisham will also be attending. Patrick currently serves on the CARE Board of Directors and Executive Committee. CARE, which stands for “Credit Abuse Resistance Education,” is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization whose mission is to teach young people the skills of financial literacy. Founded in 2002 by now-retired Bankruptcy Judge, CARE recruits professionals in bankruptcy and other financial service industries to talk directly with young adults about the importance of personal finance.
