Meaghan Kramer practices in our litigation group. Her experience includes commercial banking and real estate litigation, e-discovery, public record disputes, trade secrets, and business tort litigation. Meaghan often represents clients in proceedings in which extraordinary relief is sought, including prosecuting and defending actions involving temporary restraining orders, and preliminary and permanent injunctions.
Meaghan’s practices also includes the area of employment law. She counsels employers on day-to-day issues affecting the workplace, including protecting workplace confidences and trade secrets, restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements, workplace discrimination and harassment, family leave and sick time policies, employee/independent contractor classification, employee discipline, onboarding and employee satisfaction, and other employment and human resources-related issues. Meaghan also prosecutes and defends disputes arising out of alleged breaches of employment agreements, and theft of confidential information.
To achieve excellent results for clients in business disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration, mediation and/or negotiated settlements.
