EB attorney Brad Pack has been appointed to the Board of the Arizona Bar Foundation. Brad will add expertise in the Banking and Finance, Business, Hospitality, and Real Estate areas.
The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education was created by the State Bar of Arizona with the mission of promoting access to justice for all Arizonans. Brad is an active member in the State Bar of Arizona and is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s CLE Committee. He served as the Convention Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy Section in 2015. He also served as both Secretary and Board Member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Youth Lawyers Division from 2009-2011.
The Arizona Bar Foundation strives to prepare Arizona youth for civic responsibility and provide access to justice for Arizonans most in need. Its vision is to balance the Scales of Justice through engaging over 800 volunteers a year to assist over 400,000 individuals through programs such as “Connecting with Classrooms”, the “Domestic Violence Project”, “Kids Voting AZ”, “Legal Legacy”, the “Modest Means Project”, “Project Citizen”, “Teen Court Association”, “Wills for Heroes AZ” and many others, to ensure that all Arizonans have access to justice.
