Meaghan Kramer practices in our litigation group. Her experience includes commercial banking and real estate litigation, e-discovery, public record disputes, trade secrets and business tort litigation. Meaghan also practices employment law. She defends discrimination actions, and prosecutes and defends disputes arising out of breaches of employment contracts.

Meaghan often represents clients in proceedings in which extraordinary relief is sought, including prosecuting and defending actions involving temporary restraining orders, and preliminary and permanent injunctions.
